Community Guidelines

Last updated: June 6, 2026 · archivecollective.net

01

Our Community

[ARCHIVE] is built for artists, producers, curators, and music lovers who want to connect, collaborate, and grow. This is a space for creative people who take their craft seriously — and that requires everyone to show up with respect, integrity, and good energy.

These Community Guidelines apply to everything you do on [ARCHIVE] — your profile, posts, messages, Discover interactions, playlist pitches, and any content you share.

02

Respect Everyone

Treat every member of [ARCHIVE] with the same respect you'd want shown to yourself.

Do not harass, bully, threaten, or demean other users — regardless of their music style, follower count, background, or opinions. Disagreements are fine; personal attacks are not.

Do not send unsolicited explicit messages, DMs, or any content that could be considered sexual harassment. This will result in immediate account removal.

Do not target someone based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or nationality.

03

Be Authentic

[ARCHIVE] is a real community. Don't misrepresent who you are.

Do not impersonate other artists, producers, curators, labels, or ARCHIVE staff. Do not create fake accounts to manipulate the platform, inflate stats, or deceive others.

Your profile should honestly represent you and your work. Misleading claims about your streams, achievements, or identity undermine trust for everyone.

04

Content Standards

Everything you post, upload, or share on ARCHIVE must meet these standards:

Music & Audio: Only upload music or audio you own or have explicit rights to. Do not upload content that infringes on another artist's copyright.

Images & Media: No explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or shock imagery. Keep profile photos and cover art appropriate — this is a music platform, not an adult site.

Posts & Messages: No spam, chain messages, or repetitive self-promotion that drowns out community conversation. No hate speech, slurs, or content that dehumanizes any group.

Digital Products: Products listed in the [ARCHIVE] Shop must be original, accurately described, and free of stolen or uncleared samples.

05

Pitching Etiquette

Playlist pitching is one of [ARCHIVE]'s most valuable features — keep it clean.

Do not spam curators with the same track repeatedly. Do not harass curators over pitch decisions. Do not submit music that doesn't fit a curator's stated genre preferences.

Curators: accept or decline pitches in good faith. Don't leave submissions ignored indefinitely, and don't accept pitches you never intend to act on.

Abuse of the pitch system — from either side — may result in pitch privileges being revoked.

06

Discover & Collaboration

The [ARCHIVE] Discover feed connects artists for collaboration, networking, and creative growth. Use it with that intent.

Do not use Discover as a dating app. Do not send inappropriate or unsolicited romantic advances to people you meet through the platform.

Don't ghost people you've committed to collaborating with. If plans change, communicate. Respect others' time and creative investment.

07

Discord & Community Spaces

[ARCHIVE]'s Discord server is an extension of the platform community. All [ARCHIVE] Community Guidelines apply there too.

Follow channel-specific rules. Keep music discussions in music channels. Don't flood general channels with promotion. Be a contributor, not just a self-promoter.

Users who are banned from [ARCHIVE]'s Discord for violating guidelines may also have their [ARCHIVE] account reviewed.

08

Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it.

Use the in-platform reporting tools wherever available. For urgent issues, contact us directly at contact@personaloutcome.me.

We review all reports and take action where appropriate. False or bad-faith reporting will be treated as a violation itself.

09

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal • Temporary suspension of specific features (pitching, Discover, shop) • Account suspension • Permanent account termination

Serious violations — including harassment, hate speech, or copyright infringement — may result in immediate and permanent removal without warning.

We reserve the right to take action at our discretion based on the severity and pattern of behavior.

10
